AAPP V4.3 Update Release, 30/06/2004

The calibration counts for NOAA-16 channels 18-20 have been drifting slowly 
down since launch. A gross limit update is required to prevent loss of channel
18 data from mid to late July 2004 onwards.

Update 4.3 contains the file amsub_clparams.txt
It should be copied to directories
    AAPP/sources/calibration/amsubcl
and AAPP/data/calibration/coef/amsub


Details:
Lower limits for target view counts have been changed (line 196) from
21000,23000,23000,20000,22000
to
21000,23000,22000,19000,22000

Lower limits for space view counts have been changed (line 199) from
15000,19000,18000,16000,19000
to
15000,19000,17000,15000,19000
