AAPP V4.5 Update Release, 03/02/2005

Update 4.5 is an update of the AMSU-B calibration gross limits for NOAA-15 and
NOAA-16. It consists of a single file amsub_clparams.dat

The file should be copied to directories AAPP/sources/calibration/amsubcl and
AAPP/data/calibration/coef/amsub.

The new limits are as follows:

NOAA-15:
