Metop-A IASI nonlinearity update

EUMETSAT have updated the nonlinearity correction for Metop-A IASI. You can find the new BRD file in the usual place, at ftp://ftp.eumetsat.int/pub/NWPSAF/aapp_data_files/OPS-LRS/aux_data/

As a reminder, the easiest way to install the latest files is to download and run the get_aux_files.sh script, which can be found in the same directory on the ftp site.

I have also uploaded BRD updates that will be needed for Metop-B and Metop-C. These will have no impact on radiances. Details from EUMETSAT are as follows:

In the coming weeks, 2 TOP upload are planned to replace the “Moon acquisition” coding table by the “routine” coding table on-board.

– IASI-C => 17/10/2019 :

– IASI-B => 22/10/2019 :

There will be no impact on the level 1c radiances.
