Updated IASI config files for Metop-A, Oct 2018

EUMETSAT need to update the scan reflectivity for the IASI ground processing on Metop-A, and have issued new BRD and GRD files. They plan to make these files operational on 31st October. There is no impact on level 1c radiances.

Please download the new files from the ftp server, at the following url:
